Synopsis:

Cheung Tit Chu (Lee Sau Yin) was a senior Inspector of Special Crime Investigation Department in the Police Force. Cheung likes to make decisions and execute duties independently. Though this was not pretty approved by the authority. Cheung's smart and courage still enabled him to be the best crime fighter within the region. However, Cheung's brilliant character brought him into conflicts with his new superior, David Law and his work was always hindered by the latter. More than that, Cheung also had to face pressure from dealing with a ransoming case of four vicious gangsters. With the help of Ah Wai (Stephen Chow), a young thief who was unluckily involved in the case, Cheung found it easier to trace the evidence. This tough case was eventually solved by Cheung and Wai and the two men became very good friends.

Inhoud:

Cheung is een eigenwijze, maar tevens ook de beste misdaadbestrijder van het lokale politiekorps. Wanneer hij in een lastige zaak te maken krijgt met een bende die losgeld eist, schakelt hij de hulp in van Ah Wei, een nogal klunzige autodief. Samen gaan ze de bende te lijf.

Dan gaat alles vanzelf, de download, het repareren en het uitpakken van de film.
