º    Gathering members from in and around Montréal, Canada, Hollow was    º
º    born in 2009 and has since amassed praise and fans by performing at  º
º    many shows, scouring the provinces of Québec and Ontario. Their      º
º    unmistakable aesthetics and monstrous stage presence has permitted   º
º    the band to take part in events such as Heavy MTL and                º
º    Trois-Rivières Metalfest, playing with the likes of Voïvod,          º
º    Suffocation, Sword, Jungle Rot, Iwrestledabearonce, Blackguard, The  º
º    Agonist, Beyond Creation and Unhuman.                                º

º    Their first release, “Cynoptic Eschaton EP”, was released in 2010    º
º    and the then six-piece band opened for many international acts,      º
º    such as Aborted, Augury, Suidakra, Orphaned Land, Tyr and System     º
º    Divide. A year later, the band became a four piece, continued        º
º    playing shows, strengthening its fan base performing in and winning  º
º    the “Road to Heavy MTL“contest in 2012. The following year, Hollow   º
º    opened for Einherjer, sharing stages across Québec with Panzerfaust  º
º    and Erhima. After these shows, they completed the writing and        º
º    tracking of what is soon to be Hollow’s first full-length album,     º
º    “Mordrake”.                                                          º

º    “Mordrake” was recorded at Uplift Studios, mixed and mastered by     º
º    engineer and producer Kevin Jardine (Slaves On Dope) with            º
º    co-producers Dan Lauzon (Entropy) and Hollow.                        º
