You can use all sorts of real moves like crossovers and pump fakes to penetrate the defense and finish it off with a variety of rim-rattling dunks. Players can go it alone or take on a friend in the Versus mode. A unique feature of NBA ShootOut '98 is the icon-passing system, which allows you to pass to a specific teammate at any given time. This takes the guesswork out of the passing game and lets you run your offense just like the pros.
