That's not to say that the defensive side of the ball is all that counts here; Total Control Batting lets you see the pitches just like the big leaguers do, and you can choose whether you want to unleash a power swing or try to drive one up the middle. Dave Campbell and Vin Scully are along to provide the play-by-play, traveling with you to all 30 fully licensed MLB ballparks. All of the real players from the Majors are here too, and you can trade for any of them in GM mode. Other modes of play include Franchise, Season, All-Star, Playoffs, World Series, Home Run Derby, Player, and Manager. The graphics are awesome, the controls are awesome, and the gameplay is awesome.
